Terms of Use

By using Shotwise you agree to these terms. They add to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies. How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
1. What Shotwise does
Shotwise uses AI to analyze a video you choose and write a breakdown of it. AI can get things wrong: treat reports as reference and inspiration, and check anything that matters to you.
2. Your videos
- Only upload videos you made or have permission to use.
- You’re responsible for what you upload and for how you use the reports, including respecting other creators’ rights when you recreate a style.
- Don’t upload anything illegal, any sexual content involving minors, or content that invades someone else’s privacy.
- Your videos stay yours. You allow us to process each one only to create your report.
3. Breakdowns and credits
- New users get 1 free breakdown.
- Credit packs are one-time in-app purchases. One credit is one breakdown, and credits don’t expire.
- A breakdown that fails doesn’t use a credit.
- Credits belong to the phone you bought them on and can’t be passed to other people. If you change phones, email us with your support code and we’ll help.
- Purchases are handled by Apple. To ask for a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com.
4. Fair use
Don’t use scripts or other automated means to access Shotwise, get around its limits or disrupt it. We may limit, suspend or end access for abuse.
5. Changes to the service
We may change, pause or stop features. If we plan to shut Shotwise down for good, we’ll tell you in the app in advance.
6. No warranty, and limits on liability
Shotwise is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be excluded.
7. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we’ll update the date above. Using Shotwise after a change means you accept the new terms.

1. Shotwise 是做什么的
Shotwise 用 AI 分析你选择的视频，并把它拆解成文字。AI 可能出错：请把报告当作参考和灵感，重要的内容请自行核实。
2. 你的视频
- 只上传你自己拍摄或已获授权使用的视频。
- 你对上传的内容和对报告的使用负责，包括在模仿某种风格时尊重其他创作者的权利。
- 不得上传违法内容、涉及未成年人的色情内容，或侵犯他人隐私的内容。
- 视频的所有权仍归你。你仅授权我们为生成报告而处理每一个视频。
3. 拆解次数
- 新用户可免费拆解 1 次。
- 次数包是一次性的 App 内购买。1 次对应 1 次拆解，次数永不过期。
- 拆解失败不扣次数。
- 次数属于购买时使用的那台手机，不能转给他人。如果更换手机，请附上支持码给我们发邮件，我们会协助处理。
- 购买由 Apple 处理。如需退款，请前往 reportaproblem.apple.com 申请。
4. 合理使用
不得使用脚本或其他自动化手段访问 Shotwise、绕过使用限制或干扰服务。如有滥用，我们可能限制、暂停或终止你的使用。
5. 服务变更
我们可能调整、暂停或停止部分功能。如果计划永久停止 Shotwise，我们会提前在 App 内通知你。
6. 免责声明和责任限制
Shotwise 按“现状”提供。在法律允许的范围内，我们不对间接或后果性损失负责，对你的全部责任以你在索赔前 12 个月内向我们支付的金额为限。本条款不限制你依据消费者保护法享有的、不可排除的权利。
7. 条款变更
如果本条款有变更，我们会更新上面的日期。变更后继续使用 Shotwise，即表示你接受新的条款。
